Hickory Street is the quiet kind of industrial, a few minutes from downtown Spring Lake and Grand Haven, and an easy drive from Muskegon, Holland, or Grand Rapids when you need supplies or a show.
Yes. Sell work, take commissions, ship orders. Regular retail hours with walk-in customers is a different conversation — ask on the tour.

Sure. One name goes on the lease and that person is responsible for the rent, but 4 and 5 are both big enough for two people who get along.
Anything that gets cleaned up the same day. Big layouts, photo setups, packing an order, a critique with a friend. It isn't storage, and it isn't a second studio.
Tell us early. Those need the right power and ventilation, so they'll only work in certain studios, if at all. Better to ask before you sign than after.
No. It's workspace, and the lease says so. Late nights are fine, mattresses aren't.
Send a note anyway. There's a short list per studio, and people move around inside the building when something bigger opens up.
